History
Image Outfitters Inc. opened in 2000 and is located in the historic downtown section of Lowell, Massachusetts.

Image Outfitters has been in operation for over seven years and was built on a rock solid foundation of over 20 years of technical screen printing, embroidery and design experience.

Process
Our automatic and manual screen printing equipment can handle up to eight colors with volume runs starting as low as 12 pieces. Our single head, four head and six head embroidery equipment can handle both small sample runs and large volume with ease.

In House Design
We take pride in our creative design abilities and produce all of our color separations and embroidery digitizing in-house.

We Sell Solutions
As our business evolved, it became clear that our production capabilities were only a part of a larger picture. It’s not about selling products. It’s about selling solutions. We began to ask ourselves “what needs do our services fill?” and “how can we be more effective at problem solving for our customers?”

We realized that many of our business customers needed a better, more comprehensive way to promote their business. Our non-business organizations needed a better way to spread their message to specific cross sections of the public. It was clear that the magic of a well-constructed program of targeted promotional advertising would give our customers a cost effective method of reaching their goals.

We responded by becoming experts in designing full range promotional programs individually tailored to satisfy our customer’s needs. Establishing exceptional value for our customer is the most important part of our selling process.
